School
option enrollments due by March 15
Parents and students are
reminded that 2010-2011 enrollment option
transfers for all students must be completed by March 15,
2010 for fall enrollment. The school receiving the transfer
student must notify the NSAA in writing, postmarked no later
than March 15, so that the student is eligible for all activities
in the fall. Failure to meet this March 15 deadline will
result in a 90 school days ineligibility period for the transfer
student. Parents can pick up option forms from either the
home or receiving district. Schools are encouraged to notify
students and parents about this March 15 deadline to avoid
problems and possible challenges at the state level.
